Real-time, node-by-node monitoring across the power train lets operators act locally, on the fly, circuit-by-circuit — before outliers become outages. Every channel is instrumented and visible continuously, so problems surface while they're still small. Pure solid-state hardware enables monitoring on every channel at 100 kHz with no added hardware, whereas typical energy-monitoring systems top out near 8 kHz and still need external equipment to get there.

Merge4's products are modular at every level. The DC Solid-State PM50 builds the DC Solid-State PDU, the DC Solid-State PDU builds the DC Intelligent Power Row, and rows repeat across the facility. Modular architecture lets you build in deliberate increments instead of over-building upfront or re-architecting later. Built in 250 kW-sized blocks, the same architecture that powers a pilot deployment scales all the way to gigawatt-scale campuses.

The Intelligent DC Power Row can be configured for installation with both existing and greenfield power infrastructure, making it deployable whenever you're ready to make the switch -- whatever status you're in today.
